From an intimate garden ceremony to a larger celebration under the Pavilion, Goolawah offers a range of spaces to bring your wedding plans to life.
Choose from beautiful outdoor ceremony locations surrounded by natural greenery and ocean views, then gather your guests in our architecturally designed Pavilion and adjoining Courtyard.
The Pavilion accommodates up to 90 seated guests or 120 standing, while the Courtyard provides the perfect setting for drinks, canapés and dancing beneath the festoon lights.
With no set wedding packages or compulsory suppliers, you have the freedom to create a celebration that suits you.

The Pavilion and Courtyard are yours to transform, with festoon lighting and furniture already included. Choose from beautiful ceremony locations across the property, make use of the lawns and outdoor spaces, and bring your four-legged guests along too — Goolawah is pet-friendly.

With three nights and four days of exclusive hire, there's no need to squeeze your celebrations into just a few hours. Arrive, settle in, enjoy welcome drinks, celebrate your big day and gather everyone together for a relaxed recovery brunch before heading home.
Our five self-contained cottages each sleep up to six guests, with an additional studio attached to the Pavilion sleeping two. There's also the option of camping for extra guests, so your favourite people can stay close and enjoy every moment together.

Getting to Goolawah from Port Macquarie
A little drive. A whole weekend to remember.
Located near Crescent Head, Goolawah Retreat is approximately an hour's drive north of Port Macquarie, making it an easy escape for couples and guests travelling from the area.
The drive takes you along the NSW Mid North Coast, away from the bustle of town and into the beautiful bushland surrounding Crescent Head.
For guests travelling from further afield, Port Macquarie Airport offers domestic flight connections, with car hire available for the journey to Goolawah.
With onsite accommodation for up to 32 guests and additional camping options, there's every reason to arrive, unpack and settle in for the whole wedding weekend.
